A Team to Trust
We designed this site to provide convenient information about our philosophy, practice, procedures, and patient education. So feel free to browse around, and contact us personally for answers to any questions. Or better yet, stop in to meet us!

Concept: ”Primum Non Nocere Est” meaning that the most important thing is not to injure. This means that in our clinical work we try to save as much as possible of the original hard and soft tissue but at the same time we will restore aesthetics function and strength on a long time basis. Our most sophisticated way of making cosmetic inlays and crowns with the help of a high technology based computer system, CEREC, further allows us to follow this concept.

New Patient Info

As a new patient, we initially invite you to come for a new patient assessment which usually takes about 30 minutes. This is a two way process allowing plenty of time for you to address your dental concerns and talk about how we can help you.

If you are interested in cosmetic dentistry, implants or orthodontics to improve the appearance of your teeth this can also be discussed and the dentist’s expert opinion of the options available will be given. It is our philosophy to ensure that patients only receive treatment or services that they want and need.

Our patient records are held in the strictest confidence. Photographs are often taken before, during and after treatment. Some of these are used for promotional and teaching purposes, but individuals could never be identified or recognised. Please inform us if you were to have any reservations in this respect.

We will discuss treatment options, alternatives, time-scale and costs with you. We will provide printed estimates and treatment plans once treatment decisions have been made. We always welcome the opportunity to discuss the treatment proposals and answer any queries. Our reception staff have a huge amount of cumulative experience in dentistry and are well equipped and always pleased to help in this.

We do not always need to see you on a six monthly basis. Once your dental hygiene routine is stable your reminders will be tailored and set at intervals suitable to your dental health and treatment needs.

Our patients appreciate the costs of providing a high quality service. We ask for a minimum of a full working day’s notice for appointment cancellations so time can be offered to other patients. There is a charge for lost appointment time without this notice to partially offset the costs incurred by the practice.
